Jason Naccarato is a project manager who specializes in leveraging opportunities and managing initiatives relating to stakeholder management, engineering, and market development activities. Jason uses his experience to assist the team in the areas of economic development, and strategy. He is a focused and driven individual who is results orientated and is continuously striving to improve. Prior to starting Northstar Consulting, Jason was the Vice President of Development at the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre where he focused on economic development in the city of Sault Ste Marie. During his tenure at the SMIC he was also the CEO of Algoma Games for Health. Jason has also held positions with Magna International as Advanced Purchasing and Business Development team leader, Nissan North America as Senior Program Controller in Cost Economics, Nissan Technical Centre North America as Development Engineer and Siemens VDO as Test Engineer. Jason has completed his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and has an MBA from Wayne State University. As well, he has completed his Honors Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical/Materials Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. Jason has also taught project management classes at Sault College. Jason sits as a Director and/or executive on numerous community-based Boards and Committees including:
Director on the Ontario Sustainable Energy Alliance Board of Directors: (OSEA) is a non-profit organization supporting the growth of renewable energy and Community Power projects in the Canadian Province of Ontario.
Governor on the Sault College Board of Governors: Sault College is one of 24 publicly funded colleges in Ontario. Sault College is located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and began in 1965 as the Ontario Vocational Centre

Jason started Northstar Consulting in 2015. He has extensive experience in the Smart Energy, Construction, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors and has delivered a number of signature events and conferences.

Keith Brown is a client reporting specialist, researcher, and project coordinator. Prior to working with Northstar Consulting Inc., Keith spent several years in Toronto’s advertising industry as a production coordinator and producer on several small to large scale advertising campaigns for clients such as Ford, Honda, Labatt Canada, and Ikea. As a producer, Keith scheduled, coordinated, and managed teams within several departments, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and on budget. He was the first point of contact for clients and worked directly with them to ensure that their needs were appropriately addressed in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Most recently, Keith worked in the restorative development and energy infrastructure fields, where he focused on strategic communications, community engagement, and the facilitation of project-related engineering assets. Keith’s skill set includes strong listening, communication, and service-driven expertise. He is client-centric and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. He possesses a strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
